Printing principle
Screen stencil: Each color corresponds to a screen-printing plate with a pattern; the blank areas are sealed with photosensitive emulsion, while the patterned areas remain open as mesh openings.
刮刀 motion: The squeegee, at a set angle and pressure, pushes the paste—such as adhesive paste or water-based paste—along the surface of the screen, forcing the ink to pass through the mesh openings and transfer onto the fabric below.
Color-by-color overprinting: Multiple printing units sequentially apply different colors; after each color is printed, an IR flash dryer rapidly dries the surface to prevent smudging.
Precision Alignment: Utilizing a high-precision servo system and an industrial camera for automatic correction, this ensures flawless registration of multi-color overprinting.
