Instructions for Using the Fully Automatic Pneumatic Heat Press Machine

The operating procedure for a fully automatic pneumatic heat press machine comprises four key steps: equipment preparation, parameter configuration, trial pressing and calibration, and mass production, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

I. Equipment Preparation
Environmental Check: Place the machine on a level, dry, well-ventilated work surface, ensuring there are no flammable materials nearby.
Connecting the Power and Air Supply: Connect to a 220 V/50 Hz power supply and an air pressure source of 6–8 kg/cm². Ensure that all air lines are securely connected, and equip the system with an oil‑water separator to purify the compressed air.
Grounding Protection: The equipment must be connected to a reliable protective earth conductor to prevent the risk of electric leakage.
II. Parameter Settings

Set the appropriate temperature, time, and pressure according to the type of substrate.

Textiles (such as cotton and synthetic fibers): temperature 120–140°C, time 5–10 seconds;
Metal plate/medal: Temperature 170–200°C, time 20–40 seconds;
Porcelain plate/commemorative plaque: Temperature 200–220°C, time 120–150 seconds.

Operating procedure: Set the temperature using the “+/-” buttons on the control panel, set the time by turning the timer knob, and adjust the pressure valve to regulate the pressure level.

III. Trial Ironing Calibration
Align the material to be ironed with the transfer paper and place it flat on the lower heating plate.
Switch the system to “Manual” mode, press the start button, and complete a single heat‑press cycle.
Inspect the pattern transfer effect; only proceed to automatic operation once you have confirmed there is no misalignment, bubbles, or scorching.
IV. Mass Production
Switch to “Automatic” mode; once the workpiece is fully inserted, the equipment automatically presses down, heats, holds pressure, and returns to its original position.
Once the holding‑pressure time has elapsed, the buzzer will signal completion; remove the finished product and peel off the release liner.
During continuous operation, maintain a stable gas supply to prevent power or gas interruptions.
Safety Precautions
It is strictly prohibited to place your hands in the pressing area during the heating process to prevent burns.
In case of an emergency, immediately press the “red emergency stop button”; the equipment will automatically raise the heating plate.
After completing the operation, first turn off the heating, and only disconnect the power and gas supply once the equipment has cooled down.
